Pioneer Mitra Engineering Company supplies construction equipment spare parts and industrial components to international buyers on a business-to-business (B2B) export basis from New Delhi, India. These terms apply to proforma invoices, warehouse stock and FOB India shipments. We do not operate a retail e-commerce store with consumer-style returns.
All export orders are confirmed on a signed proforma invoice. Standard terms are advance payment by TT/wire transfer before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing for repeat distributor accounts. Prices on product pages marked as MRP are domestic reference labels only; export FOB rates are quoted separately on RFQ.
Buyers may request live WhatsApp or video-call verification of part identity, quantity, labels and export packing before payment and seal. Once the buyer approves the pre-dispatch inspection and payment is received, the order is prepared for export documentation and dispatch.
If goods arrive damaged or materially not matching the approved proforma description, notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery at the destination port or consignee address. Claims must include:
Valid claims are reviewed case by case. Remedies may include replacement shipment, credit note or partial refund at Pioneer Mitra's discretion — subject to return of defective units where practicable and agreed freight terms.
No general returns. Pioneer Mitra does not accept change-of-mind, fitment-error-without-verification, or retail-style returns on export orders. Special-order or indent items are non-cancellable once procurement begins. Buyer-initiated cancellation after proforma acceptance may incur restocking or procurement charges.
Part numbers, brand names and model references on our website and invoices are for cross-reference and compatibility identification only. The buyer is responsible for confirming fitment before order. Pioneer Mitra is an independent export supplier — not an authorised OEM dealer unless explicitly stated on a specific invoice line.
