Kuzbass remains one of Russia’s principal coal-mining regions. Open-pit and underground operations around Kemerovo, Novokuznetsk and Mezhdurechensk run large hydraulic excavators, wheel loaders, haul trucks, dozers, crushers, conveyors and the road-building plant that keeps pit roads and plant access workable through freeze–thaw seasons. When a pump, injector, filter stack or control valve is not sitting in the site store, the practical next step is a part-number enquiry — not a generic “excavator parts Russia” shopping list.

Mining equipment spare parts

Mining fleets mix OEM platforms. A Kuzbass pit may run a Japanese excavator next to a European loader and a Russian haul truck. Our job is not to replace the OEM dealer network. It is to try to match a documented part number — hydraulic, engine, filtration, electrical or drivetrain — when the buyer cannot wait for a long OEM channel or needs a second source on non-critical lines.

Typical mining RFQs we can review (subject to sourcing, not a stock promise):

• Main and pilot hydraulic pumps, travel motors, swing motors and directional valves used on hydraulic excavators and loaders.
• Diesel injectors, feed pumps, fuel rails, sensors and ECUs where the number is printed on the unit.
• Spin-on and cartridge filters for engine, hydraulic, fuel and air circuits — especially when the OEM cross is known.
• Electrical items such as joystick modules, coils, relays and selected ECUs that we have already listed with photographs.
• Selected undercarriage and grease-system items when the part number is unambiguous (for example a track grease valve we have photographed).

Wear items such as bucket teeth, crusher liners and conveyor belts are not a Pioneer Mitra catalogue category unless you send a specific number we can actually source. Do not assume we stock BelAZ bodies, dragline buckets or mill liners.

Excavator spare parts

Hydraulic excavators are the backbone of overburden and coal-face work. RFQs from Kuzbass often cite CAT 320-class machines, Komatsu PC200 / PC300 families, Volvo EC210-class excavators and JCB JS200 / 3DX units used on plant and contractor sites rather than the main pit. We publish live SKU pages only where we have a confirmed number and, where possible, a warehouse photograph.

Always confirm the serial-plate model. Mixing close Volvo ECU numbers or similar vane-pump codes is a common cause of wrong shipments. If two numbers look alike, send both photos.

Hydraulic pumps, motors and valves

Cold-weather hydraulic leaks and pump cavitation are familiar on Kuzbass sites. A useful RFQ includes the pump or valve stamping (not only the machine model), rotation, shaft code and whether the unit is a tandem or single section. We already list photographed items such as a Rexroth R900412527 4WH22 valve (not a 4WEH solenoid bank unless that is what you have), a Parker PGP511 / 3349111930 gear pump used on some JCB applications, and Veljan T6CC-B14-B12-1L00-C1-W1 — a different cartridge layout from T6CCW, T6CY or T6DC. Engine and fuel-system parts

Diesel engines on excavators, generators and auxiliary plant fail most often at injectors, feed pumps, rails and electronics — not at a vague “engine kit”. Send the number on the injector or pump body. Filters and electrical parts

Dust and low temperatures in Kuzbass punish filtration. A Donaldson, Fleetguard or OEM-cross number is more useful than “hydraulic filter for CAT 320”. We list photographed filter SKUs when we have them — for example Donaldson P550416 on its product page when live — and we will not invent a local Kemerovo filter warehouse. Electrical RFQs should include voltage and connector photos. Transmission and drivetrain parts

Final drives, travel reduction gears and transmission valves are high-value and easy to order wrongly. We only quote when the casting number or OEM number is clear. If you have a travel motor from a PC200-class machine, send the motor plate, not only “PC200 travel motor Kuzbass”. Pioneer Mitra does not claim a drivetrain rebuild shop in Kemerovo; we source discrete parts from India when the number matches a line we can buy.

Export from India to Russia

Commercial terms start at FOB India. Sea or air routing, Russian port of entry, and onward rail or truck to Kuzbass are nominated by the buyer. We do not advertise a Pioneer Mitra stockyard in Kemerovo Oblast and we do not quote a single published SLA for India–Kuzbass transit. When we know an India ex-works or FOB lead time, it appears on that quotation only.

Documents typically include commercial invoice, packing list and other export papers agreed on the order. IEC BJDPB6241D identifies the Indian exporter. GSTIN 07BJDPB6241D1ZS applies to Indian tax identity — it is not a Russian VAT number. Payment terms follow our export sales terms (usually TT before dispatch for new accounts).

Trade compliance, sanctions screening and Russian import licensing are the buyer’s responsibility. If a line cannot be exported from India to the requested destination under rules in force at the time, we will say so rather than invent a routing.
