No. Ugen Earthmovers, the earthmoving division of Ugen Trading Private Limited, is the authorised JCB dealer. It publishes service centres in Thimphu and Phuentsholing and inaugurated an upgraded Babesa facility on 17 March 2026. Pioneer Mitra is an independent India aftermarket exporter.

Use this page if the machine in Bhutan is a JCB backhoe loader, JS/NXT tracked excavator, wheeled loader or related platform and you want an identified aftermarket line from India. Warranty, LiveLink, operator training and genuine JCB bins belong with Ugen Earthmovers. Pioneer Mitra does not run the Babesa 3S facility and did not launch the 520X LC in Bhutan.

Ugen Trading published JCB “Best Dealer” awards for 2020 and 2022 and inaugurated an upgraded Thimphu facility on 17 March 2026, including the 52-tonne 520X LC. Those are dealer-network facts. They are not Pioneer Mitra stock.

Why an aftermarket JCB URL still makes sense in Bhutan

JCB India publicly treated 2026 as twenty years of JCB in Bhutan, with Ugen as the authorised counterpart and service points in Thimphu and Phuentsholing. Bhutanese contractor fleet lists that are already on the public web (for example KD Builders’ plant register) show JCB 3DX backhoes and JS-220/JS-221 excavators running alongside Kobelco and Sany units. Aftermarket RFQs appear when: the authorised lead time is the constraint; the buyer is consolidating a mixed-brand BOM in Delhi; or the workshop only has a photo of the failed part.

We will not advertise “JCB parts Thimphu in stock”. That SERP belongs to the dealer. This page exists so a Bhutan enquiry does not land on a Nepal or Zambia clone with the country name swapped.
