No. BH Botswana is the authorised JCB distributor (Broadhurst, Francistown, Orapa). Pioneer Mitra exports aftermarket and identified spare parts from India. Use the dealer for genuine-only programmes; use this desk when you want an India FOB quote on a part number or photo.
Pioneer Gate or Walvis Bay — which should I put on the RFQ?
If your forwarder already runs Skilpadshek/Pioneer Gate or Tlokweng, say so. If they prefer Walvis Bay in-bond transit to Mamuno, say Mamuno. We do not pick the border for you and we do not lodge BURS entries.
Can you supply Debswana Jwaneng as a vendor?
We do not claim Debswana vendor status. Contractors and workshops can still send a part-number list for support plant. Ultra-class OEM-only lines will be declined after check.
