Dieselmax 444 — Full Overhaul Kits
The JCB Dieselmax 444 full overhaul kit includes all components required for an engine rebuild — piston and liner sets, piston rings, connecting rod bearings, main bearings, thrust washers, full gasket set, crankshaft seals, and valve stem seals. We supply inframe kits (all parts that can be replaced without removing the engine) and full outframe kits for a complete rebuild.
Turbocharger Supply — JCB 3DX and 4DX
Turbocharger failure is a common issue on JCB machines operating in dusty environments — particularly common in Nigerian and Zambian construction sites. We supply complete turbo assemblies and CHRA (Central Rotating Assembly) cartridges for JCB Dieselmax engines. A cartridge replacement restores turbo performance at 40–50% of the cost of a complete assembly.
Fuel Injection Parts
Fuel injection pump wear and injector fouling are among the most common causes of engine power loss and excessive smoke on JCB machines. We supply Bosch-equivalent and OEM-pattern fuel injection pumps, injectors with nozzles, and fuel lift pumps for all JCB Dieselmax variants.
