Why equipment buyers already need this

JCB, CAT and Komatsu fleets on mines and construction sites run OTR tyres that puncture as a consumable, not a one-time spare. The same WhatsApp desk that quotes pumps and filters can quote repair units for the workshop container.

Safety: Do not treat every puncture as a stick-on patch job. Demount, inspect internally, and use the combination or mushroom unit the injury requires. Pioneer Mitra supplies materials FOB India; we do not certify the finished tyre.

Are you a tyre patch manufacturer?

No. Pioneer Mitra is an independent exporter and trading aggregator. We source export-ready tyre repair patches and related chemicals. We do not manufacture OKAY or any other brand.

Are you an authorised OKAY dealer?

No. Brand names identify the sourced product. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Unitech Rubber Company or any tyre OEM.

Do you stock every CT-series size?

No published CT-10 to CT-80 list. Photographed stock includes OKAY TP-5 bias patches, tiny/mini/small round and oval tube patches, valve patches TR-13 / TR-29, tubeless string kits, vulcanizing fluid and cement. Other sizes (including RT/CT radial codes) are quoted when you send the code or a photo.

What HSN code do you use?

HSN is confirmed on the commercial invoice for that shipment. Rubber repair articles are commonly Chapter 40, but we do not lock a code on the website before invoicing.

Is a patch enough for every puncture?

No. Professional guidance is to demount the tyre, inspect inside, and use the repair unit that matches injury size and location. Plug-only repairs from the outside are not always acceptable. We supply materials; we do not certify the repair on the vehicle.

Do you export to mining fleets in Zambia or the Copperbelt?

Yes, FOB India. Mining buyers typically need OTR / bias-ply units as a recurring consumable alongside equipment spares. See the OTR category page and the Copperbelt mining spare-parts hub.
